How junk removal works.

01 · Tell us about your job

Start with photos or an estimate request.

Text photos of everything you want removed, or use our booking form to request a free on-site estimate. Include your name, phone number, pickup address and preferred timing. Tell us about stairs, elevators, gates or a long walk from the items to our truck.

For a larger cleanout, send wide photos of each area along with close-ups of bulky items. Photos help us understand the job and discuss a ballpark estimate. Our team will contact you to confirm the appointment; submitting a request does not automatically reserve a time.

02 · Review your estimate

You approve the price before we load.

At the property, show our team everything included in the pickup and clearly identify anything that stays. We review the volume, materials, access and any agreed dismantling before giving you the final price.

Your approved quote includes the agreed labor, loading, transportation and disposal. The on-site estimate is free and carries no obligation. If you add items or change the scope, we review any price change with you before doing that extra work.

03 · Let us do the heavy work

We lift, load and haul it away.

Once you approve the work, our team removes the agreed items. Removal during the estimate visit may be possible depending on the job and schedule; we confirm this with you. For larger projects, we arrange a suitable removal appointment.

You do not need to drag heavy furniture to the curb. Tell us where it is and how to reach it, and we will review the access with you. Keep pets safely away from the work area and set aside valuables, documents and belongings you want to keep.

A few things to know before we arrive

• We do not remove paint, gases, chemicals or hazardous waste. Ask about uncertain items before booking.
• Appliances and hot tubs must be safely disconnected from utilities by an appropriate qualified professional where needed.
• For apartments and condos, arrange any required elevator reservation, parking or management approval.
• Military and senior discounts are available. Ask our team when requesting your estimate.
