Show us the furniture—and the way out
- Send photos of the whole piece and tell us which floor it is on. Include stairs, tight turns or an elevator.
- Empty drawers and remove belongings you want to keep. Let us know about glass, unusually heavy pieces or disassembly.
- For apartment buildings, arrange any required loading or elevator access and share the approved pickup window.

What affects your furniture removal quote?
Furniture removal is priced around the space the items use, their weight and the work needed to get them to the truck. Stairs, tight access and disassembly can affect the quote. Photos help with a ballpark; your final price is approved on-site.

Can you pick up just one couch or mattress?
Yes. Send a photo and the pickup address so we can review the item and access.
Can you take furniture from upstairs?
We can review upstairs removal when access is safe. Include the floor number and stairway or elevator details.
Can you disassemble a bed frame?
Let us know in advance. We review any disassembly and include agreed work in the estimate.
Will my furniture be donated?
Donation depends on condition and whether an organization will accept the item. We cannot guarantee donation; discuss your preferences with us before pickup.
